Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please note that "business days" refer to Monday through Friday, excluding national public holidays.
We currently offer delivery across Georgia with the following estimated transit times:

Tbilisi: Delivered within 2 business days from the date the order is placed.

Regions (Outside Tbilisi): Delivered within 4 to 5 business days from the date the order is placed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your exact location.
Order Tracking & Confirmations
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an additional notification. If you have any questions regarding the status of your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Delays & Issues
While we make every effort to adhere to the stated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues with our carrier partners. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
As stated in our Refund Policy, if your package arrives damaged, please document the condition with photographs and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
