All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products (personal care and hygiene items, including diapers and related goods), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been successfully delivered. The health and safety of our customers is our top priority, and we cannot restock or resell hygiene products once they have left our control.
Therefore, all sales are considered final upon delivery.
Damages and Issues
While we do not accept general returns, we stand by the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@hoggen.ge if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item.
If you encounter such an issue, please reach out to us with your order number and clear photo evidence of the damage or incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and, if verified, we will make it right by issuing a replacement or a full refund. You will not be required to ship the compromised hygiene item back to us.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal Exemption
Please note that under European Union consumer protection laws, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. As our store provides such personal care products, the right to cancel or return your order does not apply once the products are delivered.
Refunds (for approved damage/defect claims only)
If a refund is approved due to a verified damage or incorrect item claim, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
